16-Channel qPCR Instrument

DBS-3000 Mini is an instrument that the company specifically designed for working with a liquid handling workstation for the purpose of NGS library preparation. It combines the functions of DNA amplification and DNA quantification. The instrument can control 16 individual droplets running on the microfluidic chip. It can stop the temperature cycling of a particular droplet based on the fluorescence measurement, while the PCR reactions of other droplets continue. This guarantees the concentration uniformity of the output libraries regardless the input quantity of each sample, and hence, makes sequencing results more reliable.

DBS-3000 Mini instrument can be used standalone, as well as a plug-in module for a liquid handling workstation, especially an NGS library preparation workstation. The instrument consumes only 50 Watts when running PCR reactions.
