NGS Library Preparation for Illumina Sequencing Machines

Working with DBS-LibPrep microfluidic chips, this reagent kit allows the following functions to be done on-chip – DNA fragmentation, End repairing and A-tailing, Adapter ligation, beading cleaning, and amplification. It can be used for the library construction for whole genome sequencing, whole transcriptome sequencing, and others.
